You see your headshots before you pay. If the final set still isn't right, we'll make it right — or give your money back.
The short version
01Free previews
Before any payment, you see 6 watermarked previews generated from your selfies. If you don't like them, simply leave the page — you are never charged.
02Who can get a refund
If you purchased a Headshot Pack and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
You can use your 2 included regeneration rounds first, but it is never required to qualify.
03How to request one
Use the "Request refund" link on your download page, or email support@headshotfirst.com from the address you ordered with. No forms, no hoops.
04How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record, to your original payment method. Most banks show the credit within 5–10 business days. Both the original charge and the refund appear on your card statement as LEMSQZY*HEADSHOTFIRST.
05After a refund
Your download link is deactivated and your selfies and headshots are deleted right away.
