01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HeadshotFirst.

02Your uploads

You may only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to use. You confirm this before every order.

We check uploads automatically and may refuse photos that show more than one person, appear to show a minor, contain nudity, or are screenshots of documents.

03Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of other people, impersonate anyone, or use the service to create misleading, explicit or unlawful images. Do not use headshots as official identity photos (for example passports or driving licences).

04Your headshots

After purchase, you may use your headshots for personal and commercial purposes — including LinkedIn, Zillow, brokerage websites, business cards, signs and advertising. You keep all rights in your selfies; we only use them to make your headshots.

05AI-generated content

Headshots are generated by AI from your selfies. Results may differ from how you look in person and may contain small errors. Review them before use, and follow any platform rules that require disclosing AI-generated images.

06Payment

A Headshot Pack is a one-time payment of $29, processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record (the seller shown on your receipt). The charge appears on your card statement as LEMSQZY*HEADSHOTFIRST. There is no subscription. Your purchase includes 10 new headshots, your previews without watermark and 2 regeneration rounds. 07Availability

We may pause free previews during very high demand. Paid orders are always completed or refunded.

08Limitation of liability

HeadshotFirst is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

09Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
